Connect To Retain implements innovative programs aimed to ensure that AGYW have access to the essential package of biomedical, behavioural, and structural interventions to reduce their vulnerability to HIV infection. The organization leverages on approaches to maximize synergies which include; increase and sustain knowledge of HIV, address leaks in the retention cascade, strengthen linkages to reproductive health services, improve capacity and linkages between community and facility level interventions and GBV Prevention and Response interventions. Interventions utilize an integrated model and emphasize a strong community participation in the design and implementation of programs, including in the selection of beneficiaries and the targeting and monitoring of program implementation. The key delivery channels include programs that focus on behavioural change, HIV prevention, treatment, care and support, gender-based violence prevention and treatment, and community mobilization. These interventions also seek to promote norms change while addressing stigma and discrimination.

Connect To Retain provides a foundation of Education and Digital skills to young learners primarily aged between 13 to 20 years.
