The International Youth week marks the start of celebrations culminating to the International Youth Day – observed every August 12 as designated by the UN General Assembly. This is a moment to celebrate the qualities of young people and that recognizes the challenges that today’s youth can face. For this year’s International Youth Week theme “Youth Engagement for Global Action”, Connect to Retain CBO acknowledges and celebrates 7 Youths Aged Under 35 from all the 7 different Sub counties in Kilifi County that have greatly impacted their community every year during this Youth week.
